SALT LAKE CITY, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- SW Ventures, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SWWV) and its majority stockholder Mr. G. Cloetens announced today that they had signed an agreement with Bachkine & Meyer Industries, S.A., ("BMI") a British Virgin Islands corporation, to acquire from BMI all of the assets and related liabilities relating to a patented process ("the New Generation Plastic(TM) Process") in exchange for shares of common stock representing approximately 97% of the then-issued and outstanding shares of SW Ventures.
