MANHATTAN -- Lawrence C. Davis has been selected as the Outstanding Scientist for 1999 by the Kansas State University Chapter of Sigma Xi. Davis is a professor of biochemistry and chair of the graduate biochemistry group at KSU. He is being recognized for his contributions to plant biochemistry and science education.
