Comerica Incorporated, the 24th largest bank holding company in the nation with $36 billion in total assets, has selected Trammell Crow Company (NYSE:TCC) to provide comprehensive infrastructure management services for its 4.8 million sf portfolio of office facilities, operations centers, and bank branches in Michigan, Texas, California and Florida.
Under the new contract, TCC will provide facilities management, project management, transaction management, lease administration, and call center services for more than 400 Comerica sites and more than 800 ATM locations.
