Saskatchewan Agriculture and Food Minister Eric Upshall said today that the Saskatchewan Government committed to participating in the federal Agriculture Income Disaster Assistance (AIDA) Program two months ago. The province has been waiting since then for the federal government to provide a final federal-provincial agreement for all the provinces to sign.
