GLASTONBURY, Conn., May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Irvin J. Miglietta, President, The Allied Group, Inc in Glastonbury has won the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) Entrepreneurial Success Award for the 1999 SBA Small Business Week.
