SAN FRANCISCO-Apple Computer Inc. is considering whether to appeal a state appellate court decision that voided a $17.8 million bad-faith judgment it received against its insurers for their failure to defend the computer maker in a trademark infringement suit brought by Apple Corps, the music publishing company of the Beatles.
