The Coeur d'Alenes Company, (OTC BB:CDAL) or (Spokane OTC:CDA Co), announced a net loss of .4 of a cent per share for the second quarter of the current fiscal year, compared to a net income of .4 of a cent per share for the second quarter of the prior fiscal year.

Revenues for the second quarter of 1998/99 were 15% lower than the same quarter of the prior year. Gross margins decreased by 15%.

Sales for the three month period ended March 25, 1999 are 15% lower than the same three month period of the prior year, resulting in a net loss of $22,353, compared to a net income of $25,807 for the same period ...
