May 4 -- Got some widgets you want to sell in Spain but need a little cash to tide you over till you get paid?

Apparently there are lots of small businesses in that boat. They want to get into exporting, but don't have the finances, or maybe someone to tackle the paperwork.

Now there's an answer. West Virginia is now the second state in the country to serve as home to a firm licensed to provide trade financing under the U.S. Small Business Administration's Export Working Capital Program.
