Warren Bennis is university professor and distinguished professor of business administration and founding chairman of The Leadership Institute at the University of Southern California. He has written more than 25 books and 1,500 articles on management and leadership. He has served as an advisor to four U.S. presidents and consults extensively overseas. After earning a Ph.D. in economics and social science at the Massachussetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Bennis served for several years on the faculty of MIT's Sloan School of Management and as Chairman of the Organizational Studies Department.
