May 10 -- CHARLOTTE BANKERS HEAD FOR SHANGHAI TO BUILD 'GUANXI':Some of Charlotte's top bankers are heading to China soon for the first-of-its-kind banking conference in Shanghai.
Banking conference, you might ask? Why would a foreign industry almost entirely run by its national government want to make friends with Charlotte's powerful banking elite?
