By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. (a) The Interagency Task Force on the Roles and Missions of the United States Coast Guard is established.
(b) The Task Force shall be composed of one representative from the:
(1) Department of State; (2) Department of Defense; (3) Department of Justice; (4) Department of Commerce; (5) Department of Labor; (6) Department of Transportation; (7) Environmental Protection Agency; (8) Office of Management and Budget; (9) National Security Council; (10) Council on ...
