FORT SNELLING, Minn., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Missouri native Tom Bell has been named the new Refuge Manager of the Big Muddy National Wildlife Refuge in Columbia, Mo., by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Bell, a native of Concord Village (a St. Louis suburb), is scheduled to begin his new duties June 20. He will replace J.C. Bryant, the current manager who is retiring.
