May 17 -- Two Chino manufacturers -- including the city's largest private employer -- have opted to stay and expand rather than move elsewhere, real estate and city officials said.
Hussmann International Inc., the St. Louis, Mo.-based maker of commercial refrigeration equipment, signed an "extended term" agreement last month with landlord Majestic Realty Co. to stay at its plant at 13770 Ramona Ave., according to David Wheeler, vice president of the City of Industry-based developer.
Meanwhile, furniture maker Arbek Manufacturing Inc. signed a 10-year, $8 million lease for a 192,000-square-foot building on ...
