MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 1999--
Datacard Group today announced the appointment of Jerry E. Johnson, 42, as president and chief executive officer.
Datacard Group also announced the resignation of Glenn Highland, 48, as president and chief executive officer. Highland, who joined Datacard Group in October 1992, resigned to pursue other activities. Highland will be leaving Datacard Group on June 30, 1999.
Johnson, formerly vice president and general manager of the Onan division of Cummins Engine Company, will join Datacard on June 7, 1999.
