Article: Yahoo! Chooses E-Stamp as Online Postage Partner.

E-Stamp Corp, one of just two companies that has been granted permission by the US Postal Service to offer online postage has signed an exclusive marketing deal with Yahoo! Inc to promote its service across the entire network of Yahoo sites. Right now the service is restricted to users in California and parts of Washington DC, which are the only two locations the company is permitted to test its service. Yahoo determines whether users should see the service or not by their zip code, if user's have entered it in a Yahoo form at some point.
