ROCHESTER, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 1999--
LA Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ONTV) today announced an investment in Tirk Internet Systems, Inc. Daniel Fasano, President of LA Group announced that LA had acquired a twenty percent stake in Rochester based Tirk.
Tirk is a developmental stage company, which is developing a fully integrated e-commerce platform. The platform, which will be ready for beta testing shortly, will empower users through on object-oriented technology allowing developers to use Rapid Application Development, commonly known as "RAD".
