SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 1999--
Transamerica Intellitech (NYSE:TA) announced today that it has acquired Realist, Inc., a privately held real estate information company headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The acquisition, the third in less than a year for Transamerica Intellitech, will allow the company to extend its growing product line into the greater Philadelphia area, the sixth largest metropolitan statistical area (MSA) in the United States.
