Dennis Rodman continues to baffle and shock his fans.
The Chicago Bulls superstar now insists he is still married to former "Baywatch" TV star Carmen Electra, even though he filed annulment papers nine days after their wedding ceremony in Las Vegas (JET, Dec. 14).
"I'm still married," he said at a public appearance in New York City. "The decision I made was my decision and hopefully it stays."
Rodman also said, "She's a very classy woman," and noted, "Whatever ... anybody said--she conned me or anything like that--I don't think you have to be intoxicated or drunk to marry someone as beautiful as Carmen Electra," Rodman said.
