May 27 -- Despite a model, 40-year-long political relationship between Arizona and Sonora, Mexico, government officials say the economic bond between the two states needs a major push.
Seeking to transform the region into a hub of manufacturing activity, officials from both states met Wednesday with a variety of Arizona entrepreneurs to discuss options and possibilities for boosting business.
