Results of the Multicenter Study of Enhanced External Counterpulsation (MUST-EECP) were published in the June 1999 issue of the Journal of the 'American College of Cardiology,' showing that EECP reduces angina and extends the time to exercise-induced ischemia in patients with symptomatic coronary artery disease.
