Jun. 2 -- NEW DIVISION: Easy Housing of Duluth Inc. has announced a new division, Easy Realty and Development.
Easy Realty and Development is a full-service real estate brokerage belonging to the Duluth Area Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service. The office specializes in the resale of manufactured housing on private property, buying and selling of lots and acreage, and acquiring and developing home sites.
Kurt Johnson is manager of the new division. He recently obtained his brokers license and brings expertise in construction and site development to the position.
