NEW YORK -- "We're on a roll," says an exuberant Jeff Yunis, president of Specialty Trade Shows, which stages the twice-a-year B.A.T.M.A.N. (Big and Tall Men's Apparel Needs) Shows. "We'll have about two dozen new exhibitors and we've attracted a surprising number of upscale and moderate-priced companies, also several hot urban brands. It looks like the upcoming Minneapolis show [Aug. 20-22] will be our biggest summer show in years. And it will even beat the show last winter in Miami."
Pretty much the same story comes from Paul Daube Jr., president of the Daube Co., which runs two membership-only shows a year. He reports, "We expect our next show on Amelia ...
