MINNEAPOLIS, JUNE 8 /PRNewswire/ -- National Car Rental today announced that it has named Cathy Barthel regional vice president of sales for the Midwest Region, effective immediately.
In her new position, Barthel will report directly to Jim Wood, vice president of sales and have responsibility for corporate and agency sales.
