CONSUMER INDEX SHOWS SATISFACTION WITH FAST-FOOD SERVICE, NEVER HIGH, RISES SLIGHTLY
U.S. customers say they were more satisfied with the service they received last year from fast-food restaurants than the year before, but only slightly. According to the 1999 American Consumer Satisfaction Index, customer satisfaction with fast-food outlets rose a point, to 69.
