The President today announced his intent to nominate David W. Ogden as Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division at the Department of Justice.
Mr. David W. Ogden, of Arlington, Virginia, has served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division since February 1999. He previously has served as Chief of Staff to Attorney General Reno, and as ...
