VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Gerry Wolff and G.L. Wolff and Associates have issued a write of summons in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, against Dr. A. F. Bauer, Plantech Communications Systems Inc. and E-Rex, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EREX). The Plaintiff seeks an accounting, damages and cost arising from the Defendants' breach of an agreement, partly oral and partly written, initially entered into between the Plaintiff and Defendants Bauer and Plantech on November 11, 1995, and subsequently re-affirmed orally.
