Radio Unica, the first and only 24-hour Spanish-language radio network in the U.S., announced its launch on KCUV - AM 1150 in Denver. Through an LMA with an option to buy agreement with Den-Mex, LLC of Denver, Radio Unica 1150 AM, the new name of the station, provides Hispanics in Denver with the Network's complete star-based programming schedule. With the addition of Radio Unica 1150 AM Denver, the Company's operated station group controls network programming distribution to 59% of the total U.S. Hispanic population.
