Janice Holyfield, who is trying to save her estranged marriage to heavy-weight champion Evander Holyfield, was denied her motion to dismiss the divorce action filed by her husband.
According to a report in the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Mrs. Holyfield testified that she and the champ have had sexual relations four times since he filed for divorce March 26.
Evander Holyfield, however, testified that he could not remember if he did or did not have sexual relations with his wife during that time.
No matter, Fayette County (GA) Superior court Judge Ben Miller said he did not think sexual relations necessarily equal marital reconciliation.
