LYNNFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 1999--
GreenMan Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:GMTI)(NASDAQ:GMTW)(BSE:GMY)(BSE:GMYW) today announced it has completed divestiture of its DuraWear subsidiary to ETEC Technical Ceramics Corporation (USA).
