Notice is hereby given that a class action lawsuit was filed on June 22, 1999, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased the paired-shares of Patriot American Hospitality, Inc. (NYSE:PAH) and its operating unit Wyndham International, Inc. (collectively, "Patriot" or the "Company") between January 5, 1998, and December 17, 1998, inclusive (the "Class Period").
