PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local state-owned PETROLEOS MEXICANOS (PEMEX) recently awarded a controversial sulfur recovery plant construction contract to the local ICA-FLUOR DANIEL. According, to the terms of the award ICA-FLUOR will be responsible for building 5 new facilities. In so doing, the company will provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services.
