GAITHERSBURG, Md., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Sodexho Marriott Services, Inc. (NYSE: SDH), the nation's largest provider of food and facilities management services to the corporate, education and health care markets, reported $18.8 million of pro forma net income for the 1999 fiscal third quarter, excluding a $1.9 million one-time after-tax charge related to the May 1999 resignation of the former Chief Executive Officer. These results were up 57% from $12.0 million for the 1998 pro forma fiscal third quarter. Pro forma earnings per diluted share for the 1999 fiscal third quarter, excluding the $0.03 one-time charge, were $0.30 per share, up 58% from $0.19 for the year ago ...
