Rasip Agro Pastoril, Brazil's 5th major apples producer, will start tomorrow to issue stocks at the stock exchange. The company was previously controlled by the Randon group's Randon Participacoes holding. Headquartered in Caxias do Sul, State of Rio Grande do Sul, Randon produces auto parts. It was being criticized by investors for its agricultural operation and therefore opted for an assets spin-off last year. Rasip's net worth amounted to R$35.178mil last May.
