Jun. 29 -- As a first step in its Latin American strategy, Arvida Realty Services has formed a real estate alliance with a Buenos Aires brokerage company to promote Argentine investment in South Florida residences and commercial properties.
Arvida Realty, a Clearwater company that is a unit of The St. Joe Co., signed the deal with Baigun Operaciones Inmobiliarias, a family-owned firm that has been in the real estate sales and development business for 40 years.
Both companies will direct buyers in their own markets to either Buenos Aires or South Florida locations.
