Eighteen months after convening the San Francisco Multimedia Summit, Mayor Brown is scheduled to attend today a construction celebration at what is soon to become The San Francisco Multimedia Center.
Mayor Willie Brown and Supervisor Leslie Katz will sign the highest beam in the building and join what is known in the construction industry as a "Topping Out" celebration.
