CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 1999--
Lakeshore Management Group (LMG), a Chicago-based owner/operator of full-service recreational fitness centers and spas, in April 1999 formed Lakeshore Medical Fitness (LMF), a wholly owned subsidiary that focuses on the medical fitness activities associated with hospitals. LMF's first contract is with Rush Copley Healthplex, an affiliate of Rush Copley Medical Center. Beginning July 1, LMF will manage the 195,000-square-foot medical fitness center in Aurora, Ill.
