NEW ORLEANS, July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Harrah's New Orleans, a Jazz Casino Company Property scheduled to open October 28th, today announced five area food providers that it has selected to operate food kiosks in the Casino, according to Jay Sevigny, President and Chief Operating Officer of Harrah's New Orleans Management Company.
After a public bidding process conducted with input from the Louisiana Restaurant Association (LRA), the food providers chosen were Olivier's Restaurant, Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits, Louisiana Seafood Exchange, Pampy's, and Cafe Buon Giorno.
