HUDSON, N.H., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Presstek, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRST), a leading provider of direct digital imaging technologies to the printing and publishing industry, today announced that in a letter dated June 30, 1999, Presstek's attorneys notified Creo Products Inc. of Burnaby, Canada that the direct imaging system it designed and is manufacturing for Heidelberg's Speedmaster 74 printing press appears to infringe the claims of a Presstek patent that was recently re-examined by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
