CAD Costs Reduced in Move From 2-D to 3-D System
ST. LOUIS, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Unigraphics Solutions Inc. (NYSE: UGS) today announced that Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik AG (WMF), an internationally renowned provider of tableware and kitchenware products for home and commercial use, has selected Solid Edge as its standard 3-D mechanical computer-aided design (CAD) system. WMF has ordered 57 seats of Solid Edge and plans a total installation of between 80 and 100 seats.
