SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1999--
Located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, the Holiday Inn-San Jose North has completed a $7.5 million renovation and rebranded as a Crowne Plaza hotel, one of the upscale brands of Bass Hotels & Resorts. It will now be known as the Crowne Plaza San Jose/Silicon Valley.
Sheila Giovanazzi, general manager of Crowne Plaza San Jose/Silicon Valley said the hotel has placed a special emphasis on servicing the high-tech business traveler and meeting planner because of its close proximity to prominent companies such as Lucent Technologies, Quantum and Cisco Systems.
