In March, the National Coffee Association of the USA held their annual convention in Miami, and over 400 members of the coffee industry attended.
The NCA's convention program continues to fulfill the industry's need for information by consistently addressing topical issues through its business seminars. In its ongoing effort to check the Association's progress in member satisfaction, the NCA again held an open session where members could not only critique the convention but also inquire about member services and industry issues.
