"Oh, oh, oh, oh Star Wars!" exulted a youngster staring at a large Star Wars display at a branch of a national chain.
Before him: Galoob's Star Wars ActionFleet at $17.76, Kenner's STAP with Battle Droid at $14.96 and Hasbro's Cantina Aliens at $17.97. And more. Star Wars was a force as well at a two-store specialty group where Lucas-arts' Star Droidworks software (for PCs only) was selling robustly at $30. Still, a spokesperson at one of the stores lamented that he had yet to see any merchandise tied to the fervently anticipated May 19th movie.
