NEW CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 7, 1999--
Genesis Development and Construction Ltd. (NASDAQ: GDCOF), which previously announced its proposed merger with Internet Cable Corporation (OTC BB: ICBL), confirmed today that it has engaged John d'Auguste as the Chief Executive Officer of the post-combination business.
Mr. d'Auguste recently served as President of Operations of Cabletron Systems, and has held key executive positions with Gateway and General Electric.
