Have you ever heard the despairing cry, "I just want to be a `normal' kid at summer camp!"? To a parent, sibling, or friend of a child with a disability, this request is heartbreaking. While everyone is singing songs, participating in challenging activities, and meeting new friends at summer camp, what are our young people with disabilities doing?
