Quebecor Printing Inc. and World Color Press, Inc. announced today the signing of a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which Quebecor Printing will acquire all of the shares of Greenwich, Connecticut-based World Color Press, Inc., one of the United States' leading commercial printers, in a transaction valued at approximately US $2.7 billion.
