The Ave Maria Foundation has signed a lease for the former NSF Building in Ann Arbor.
The Ann Arbor-based foundation is the base organization for the Ave Maria Law School, scheduled to open in the fall of 2000. Domino's Pizza Inc. founder Thomas Monaghan started the law school and foundation.
David Friedman, president of the Farmington Hills-based Friedman Real Estate Group Inc., said it leased the 85,000-square-foot building for $14 a square foot last month. The building is at Green and Plymouth roads and is owned by Green Road Office Associates L.L.C.
