NEW YORK -- Na Na Trading Co., which has always done its footwear in-house, recently licensed its flagship brand to an Asia-based manufacturer that hopes to make a play for the junior market.
The Packer Group, a manufacturer and distributor with main offices in Hong Kong and Taiwan, acquired the rights to Na Na for footwear earlier this month. Packer currently has its own brand, called Now, which it distributes in the United Kingdom.
The company also does primarily private label for retailers around the world, including in the United States.
