PHILADELPHIA, July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Philadelphia office of Turner Construction Company has been awarded a contract to provide construction management services to the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, for the construction of a $70 million convention center in Wildwood, N.J. Turner Construction is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Turner Corporation (NYSE: TUR), the nation's leading general builder.
The construction start date is slated for Fall 1999, with completion scheduled for late 2001. Turner is the construction manager for the assignment.
The owner is the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. The architect is LMN Architects, ...
