SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 1999--
The New Frontiers Charter School released today impressive data on student performance on the Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS), a widely respected national standardized test administered to all students in grades K-5 during the School's first year. An independent scoring of the results shows strong gains in performance in the elementary grades, and spectacular gains in kindergarten.
