WASHINGTON, DC -- US Department of Agriculture (USDA) FOREST SERVICE officials announced today the final rule allowing mediation for disputes over canceling or suspending grazing permits in states that have a mediation program certified by USDA. The rule is required by a new law extending USDA's mediation program to other disputes.
